Summary

Instead of water, drought. Instead of life, desert… Cracks in the soil from the drought. Taps that run dry. It is the fault of water scarcity, the dust of Africa, climate change, but never us. Inside the dam of the Brahmins, the dilemma is reflected: that the fragility of the people in power, which rests in its comfortable conscience, has eroded from within, a dam and a city.
