Summary

How does one become a refugee twice? Students of the 2nd Junior High School of Chania tell the story of their ancestors who, in the late 19th century, had to leave their homeland, Crete, and relocate to Hamidiyeh, Syria. Years later, history repeats itself. Only this time, the protagonists are themselves since, as there is war, they leave Hamidiyeh and come to Crete.
