Summary

In a small village in northern Iran, 18-year-old Sahar takes care of her father, Rahim, who is mentally handicapped. She made a promise to her mother, who died two years earlier. But the young woman, in her last year of high school, aspires to a completely different life. She dreams of going to university and becoming a brilliant student. A project that his aunt and uncle disapprove of, ordering him to stay with his father.
